Qualifications

• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, mowers, and light equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and painting
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• Maintain grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or property concerns
