Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a client serving the Delmarva Peninsula. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.

The ideal candidate will have brazing experience and the ability to use hand and power tools safely, with strong problem-solving skills and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, HVAC, facilities, or property maintenance.
• Brazing experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and building systems

• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
