Job summary

Confidential is hiring a reliable Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification for full-time support at a multi-family housing property. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with on-call and overtime for emergencies, including snow events.

You will handle maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep. Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, assisting with turnovers, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Previous maintenance experience (6+ months) or related field recommended.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to promote positive relationships and trust with residents, co-workers, and company staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and cleaning.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Work closely with the on-site manager and maintenance team.
• Follow all safety standards, company policies, and Fair Housing laws.
