Job summary

Artcraft Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities operating at their best through quality repairs and resident service.

You’ll perform HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs, handle apartment turns, and participate in preventive maintenance, with an on-call rotation. A driver’s license is required and HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or an equivalent combination.
• HVAC certification, Types 1 and 2, preferred or required.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license and proof of insurance; clean record.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests and perform HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs.
• Handle apartment turns and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support after-hours needs.
