Job summary

Intercept Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance tasks for the facilities, grounds, and vehicles across the eastern side of Virginia. Eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus and a boot allowance of $150 annually, with a company-maintained vehicle for take-home use.

Ideal candidates bring any relevant maintenance experience and are prepared to coordinate daily workflows, manage safety and preventative upkeep, and support leadership as needed.

$25-$27/hour depending on experience and certifications

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician that is responsible for overseeing and/or performing functions related to physical appearance and cleanliness of the facilities, grounds, and vehicles. Assists with the inventory, supplies, safety and preventative maintenance of Intercept property to ensure the safety and comfort of the residents, clients, and employees. Demonstrates strong operational initiative and leadership potential, with the capacity to coordinate daily workflow priorities, guide small maintenance projects, and step in to support leadership oversight as needed.

This position covers the properties on the eastern side of the state.

Education and Experience Required

Any relevant experience will be considered.

This position gives an annual boot allowance of $150.00 and a company maintenance vehicle that can be taken home.
