Job summary

Atrium Hospitality LP's Richardson Renaissance in Richardson, TX seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and facilities in top condition. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document work orders.

You will troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, maintain pool chemicals, repair furniture and equipment, and assist with landscaping and general upkeep to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
