Note: Position is on the evening shift, but initial training will be on the day shift (up to one month).

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years of commercial or hospital maintenance experience
• On-call rotation, including weekends, approximately every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed. Must be available for unexpected emergencies.
• Participation in holiday rotation (at least one holiday per year)
• MD driver's license with a good driving record
