Job summary

PCP Elevate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the opening team at Rove Apartments in Redmond. You’ll perform maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general systems, support exterior grounds, and help create a safe, high‑end living environment for residents.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of residential maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and HVAC certification. Strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and reliability—plus ability to respond to after‑hours

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks (painting, caulking, light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, landscaping, roof repairs).
• Make repairs to MEP systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers).
• Perform preventive maintenance on MEP equipment.
• Identify hazards and ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility.

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-focused Maintenance Technician to join the opening team at Rove, a brand-new 217-unit luxury apartment community located in the heart of Downtown Redmond.

PCP is a multifamily development company focused on land acquisition, development, and long-term holdings in high-growth lifestyle markets. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal has experience in maintenance for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Maintenance:Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as painting, caulking, light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, landscaping, and roof repairs
• Repairs: Making repairs to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, (MEP) such as HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers
• Preventive maintenance:Performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipmentto ensure the safe and efficient operation of all MEP systems.
• Attention to details: Identify all potential hazards in regard to life safety, functionality of equipment and cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the facility.
• Safety checks: Performing routine inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, fire and life safety installations, and the entire premises to avoid all injuries and potential property damage.
• Exterior grounds: Supporting exterior grounds activities, such as snow removal, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance
• Pest control: Handling pest control initiatives
• Personal skills: Must be able to interact and communicate both verbally and written with the facility personnel and tenants.
• Additional duties as assigned by property management

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. HVAC certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
