Job summary

PCP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the opening team at Rove, a 217-unit luxury apartment community in downtown Redmond. You will handle maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, HVAC knowledge with certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • HVAC troubleshooting knowledge; HVAC certification is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • On-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Maintenance: performing regular maintenance tasks, such as painting, caulking, light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, landscaping, and roof repairs.
  • Repairs: making repairs to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (MEP) such as HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers.
  • Preventive maintenance: performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all MEP systems.
  • Attention to details: identify hazards related to life safety and equipment functionality, and cleanliness of the facility interior and exterior.
  • Safety checks: performing routine inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, fire and life safety installations, and the premises to avoid injuries and property damage.
  • Exterior grounds: supporting exterior grounds activities including snow removal, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance.
  • Personal skills: must interact and communicate with facility personnel and tenants.
  • Additional duties as assigned by property management.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal has experience in maintenance for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems

  • Maintenance:Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as painting, caulking, light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, landscaping, and roof repairs
  • Repairs: Making repairs to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, (MEP) such as HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers
  • Preventive maintenance:Performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipmentto ensure the safe and efficient operation of all MEP systems.
  • Attention to details: Identify all potential hazards in regard to life safety, functionality of equipment and cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the facility.
  • Safety checks: Performing routine inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, fire and life safety installations, and the entire premises to avoid all injuries and potential property damage.
  • Exterior grounds: Supporting exterior grounds activities, such as snow removal, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance
