Your Role
Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of production equipment, machinery, and facility systems within the plant. This role plays a critical part in ensuring maximum equipment uptime, product quality, and compliance with GMP regulations.
Essential Functions
- Diagnoses and repair mechanical failures on production equipment including mixers, fillers, labelers, conveyors, pumps and packaging lines
- Performs preventative maintenance on facility equipment per required schedule
- Sets up production lines prior to production shift start to ensure all equipment is running correctly and safely
- Supports production schedule by performing line changeovers as required
- Disassembles, inspects, repairs, and reassembles mechanical components such as gearboxes, bearings, couplings, and drive systems
- Responds promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production interruptions and restore operations efficiently
- Performs all maintenance activities in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Participates in internal audits, inspections, and corrective action/preventative action (CAPA) processes related to equipment and facilities
- Ensures maintenance work areas and tools are kept clean, organized, and free of contamination risks
- Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE requirements, and confined space procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 3-5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to multi‑task and react to changing priorities to support production
- Basic electrical knowledge preferred
Schedule
Shift: 1st Shift
Work Days: Monday – Thursday with OT on Friday and occasional Saturday
Hours: 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM

Compensation
The hourly pay for this role is $28 per hour.
