Job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily plant operations and productivity. In this role, you will perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.

Second shift - 3 pm to 11 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment adjustments
• Service and overhaul food processing and packaging equipment as needed
• Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Complete minor fabrication projects, including machine guards, hydraulic hoses, and fixtures
• Assist with line setups and equipment/tooling changeovers
• Use hand tools, power tools, lift trucks, and other equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect, repair, and modify machinery and equipment as required
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred
• Up to 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Knowledge of standard maintenance practices, procedures, and concepts
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment to complete tasks
