Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a maintenance role at Portland Embassy Suites. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle guest and staff work orders, and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

Compensation Range : $23.00 to $24.15
