Holiday Inn Portland Airport is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and overall functionality to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, Keeping the pool balanced
• Inspect equipment and identify repair or replacement needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems
• Assist with general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
