The role requires hands-on skills with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities
