Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician in Lincoln, NE to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our facility. You will inspect, clean, lubricate equipment, and respond to maintenance requests to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. A valid driver's license is preferred to support on-site tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
