Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee daily upkeep and preventive maintenance of our facilities. You will lead maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety procedures are followed to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
