Job summary

Bridgepointe Maintenance is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our growing maintenance company. We value a mix of skills and a passion for ensuring the aesthetic appeal and safety of our customers, including senior living communities.

When traveling overnight, we provide a nice dinner and the best accommodations. Responsibilities include multi-tasking, using multiple tools, troubleshooting, timely completion of projects, and handling repairs from bathroom/kitchen to full renovations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Travel to job sites; own vehicle or carpool with Project Manager
• Overnight travel possible
• Knowledge of mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry and Electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair bathroom and kitchen equipment
• Handle multiple maintenance tasks and renovations
• Troubleshoot issues and complete projects on time
• Coordinate with Onsite Project Manager and follow guidance
• Travel to job sites and overnight stays as needed

Responsibilities

• Must be able to multi-task and work politely with customers
• Experience working with multiple tools
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Timely completion of assigned projects
• Handling everything from minor repairs particularly relating to bathroom and kitchen equipment, general maintenance, and full construction/renovations
• Keep the onsite Project Manager informed of any issues or occurrences and seek guidance and support while performing duties under minimal supervision
