Job summary

Bridgepointe Maintenance is seeking dedicated individuals to join our growing maintenance team. We value a hands-on, customer-focused approach and offer opportunities to work across bathroom, kitchen, and general maintenance projects.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and completing projects with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel and stay overnight is required, with accommodations provided when traveling.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Knowledge in Basic Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry and Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and renovations on client sites, including bathroom and kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and report issues as they arise.
• Operate a range of tools with safety and professionalism.
• Travel to job sites and work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to multi-task and work politely with customers
• Experience working with multiple tools
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Timely completion of assigned projects
• Handling everything from minor repairs particularly relating to bathroom and kitchen equipment, general maintenance, and full construction/renovations
• Keep the onsite Project Manager informed of any issues or occurrences and seek guidance and support while performing duties under minimal supervision
