The salary ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on building systems and grounds, including electrical, pneumatic, roofing, and flooring systems. Responsible for repairing and maintaining shop equipment, including power shears, press brakes, CNC punch presses, electric and pneumatic grinders, drills, saws, and various pneumatic air tools. Ensures all equipment and facility components are maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications and established preventive maintenance schedules. Maintains accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and service activities performed on buildings, equipment, and machinery.
7. Diagnosing and resolving problems independently and in a team setting.
8. Strong on CNC machines (mills, machining centers, saws, etc.) and needs to be strong on lasers and any forming machines (P4, Flexibend, UpDown).
9. Can read electrical schematics and diagnose electrical problems based on a schematic.
