Job summary

Gemstoneslc is seeking a Maintenance Technician with a focus on upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance across our Corsicana and Plano communities. You will help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents and respond promptly to maintenance requests with professional service.

The role requires basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, with a preference for candidates who have handyman experience and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs safely.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
