You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping high-speed production equipment operating at peak performance—from packaging lines to conveyors and plant utilities.

The role demands hands-on troubleshooting, reading schematics, and collaborating with Operators, Supervisors, and Senior Technicians to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environments
Strong troubleshooting using schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment (packaging, plastics, etc.)
Knowledge of VFDs, servo motors, PLCs, and industrial networks
Ability to read P&IDs and diagnose complex systems
Must supply your own basic tools and toolbox

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery, conveyors, and plant utilities (chillers, air compressors, etc.)
Support preventive maintenance programs and minimize downtime
Work cross-functionally with Operators, Supervisors, and Senior Technicians to quickly resolve issues
Troubleshoot industrial controls, PLC I/O, and electrical systems
Document repairs, work orders, and parts usage
Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Support production needs and maintain consistent attendance

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery, conveyors, and plant utilities (chillers, air compressors, etc.)

What You Bring:

4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environments
Strong troubleshooting skills using schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment (packaging, plastics, etc.)
Knowledge of VFDs, servo motors, PLCs, and industrial networks
Experience working with equipment such as Krones, Sidel, Husky, or similar
Working knowledge of 480VAC and 24VDC electrical systems
Ability to read P&IDs and diagnose complex systems
Comfortable using precision tools and shop equipment
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to communicate effectively across teams
Must supply your own basic tools and toolbox
