Ohio Head Start Association, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Piqua, OH to perform building upkeep and repairs. The role includes basic electrical and plumbing tasks, painting, carpentry, roof and window repairs, and supporting daily maintenance operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling and teamwork with the Maintenance Coordinator are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and care for company vehicles and tools; use computers for daily tasks.

Maintenance Technician# Maintenance TechnicianPiqua Central Office - Piqua, OH 45356## OverviewSalary Range$19.70 - $19.70 Hourly## Description**POSITION:** MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN**CLASSIFICATION:** Full-year, Hourly/Administrative, Grade IV-A, Full-time, Non-Exempt**BASIC FUNCTION:** Provide maintenance services**SUPERVISOR:** Maintenance Coordinator**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**1. Carry forth the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of the agency.2. Work with supervisor to determine schedule.3. Provide building maintenance services: basic electric and plumbing repair, preventative maintenance, painting, carpentry, roof repair, window repair, moving furniture as necessary.4. Work as maintenance team member providing building maintenance and repair to all facilities.5. Maintain and care for company provided vehicle.6. Maintain and care for company provided tools.7. Work with computer and smart devices to complete daily task.8. Update work orders with pertinent information regarding status of work order request.9. Pick up parts and supplies, as needed.10. Complete monthly Preventive Maintenance Checks on assigned facilities.11. Ensure proper playground maintenance, including raking mulch.12. Complete all task to standard showing complete attention to detail to ensure work is being done properly the first time.13. Communicate all necessary information to the appropriate staff.14. Attend all trainings required by the agency.15. Maintain confidentiality in all areas for families and staff.16. Adhere to all agency and program policies.17.
