Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Phoenix, AZ to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on Dematic conveyor systems. The role includes building installations, painting, and maintaining records of activities. A High School Diploma is required, with electrical certification preferred.

Must be able to operate a forklift and other heavy equipment. The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience.
• Electrical certification or vocational certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling.
• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas.
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
