Job Details

Maintenance Technician based in Phoenix, AZ. This position will provide general maintenance labor for the repair and upkeep of our two facilities in the West Valley and coordinate the work of relevant vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds, keeping them clean.
• Perform minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Set up and repair equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Move furniture and receive deliveries.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, fire drills, and oversee third‑party vendors.
• Manage scrap recycling, hazardous waste, and maintain equipment manuals.
• Lead safety inspections.

Qualifications
