Job summary

Sage Ventures, based in Maryland, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, and to handle grounds maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

You will work on HVAC preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. On-call one week per rotation is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience.
• General maintenance knowledge
• Must have own tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Depending on location, may be required to have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• General knowledge of safety rules and regulations
• Good communication and customer service skills
