RushOrderTees is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance across our production facility. This role requires deep technical expertise, proactive downtime prevention, and a drive for continuous improvement.

You will troubleshoot complex systems, perform preventive maintenance, and mentor junior staff. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, PLC/CMMS familiarity, and the ability to read schematics.

Competenze

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems troubleshooting.
• Experience with automated production equipment; printing or textile equipment experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Proven experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, or on-call as needed.

Position Overview
