The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory in Philadelphia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine building upkeep across Booth Manor I and II, under the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager. The role requires completing work orders, painting, preventative maintenance, and occasional travel to Ivy Residence 1–2 times weekly.
Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in multifamily maintenance; solid communication and confidentiality.

Reporting Relationship: Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Housing and Project Coordinator
Salary/Grade: $18 per hour
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and condition of Booth Manor I and II. This will include a daily routine cleaning schedule of all common areas, trash removal, inspection of units / property, complete work orders, painting, preventative maintenance and care and upkeep. This position will also require you to travel to Ivy Residence, our sister site, 1-2 times a week, or when necessary.
