Job summary

Avardis-Health is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team at Coastal Health and Rehabilitation Center in Gulfport, MS.

You will perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and assist with refurbishing projects to keep resident areas safe and comfortable.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in building trades, strong problem-solving, and a compassionate, reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in building trades, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software is essential to effectively carry out tasks related to facility upkeep and repair.
  • Knowledge and skills Preferred for the position are: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A compassionate, dedicated, and reliable professional who takes pride in their work, with a keen eye for detail.
