Home2 Suites by Hilton Pasco Tri-Cities Airport seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform preventative maintenance across the hotel, troubleshoot building systems, and keep guest areas clean and functional to ensure a superior guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and prior hotel or building maintenance experience, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Flexible availability based on hotel operational needs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventative maintenance throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC/PTAC, and mechanical systems.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Maintain the swimming pool, fitness center, and hotel equipment.
• Keep hotel grounds, parking areas, entrances, and exterior spaces clean and well-maintained.
• Identify and promptly address maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain organized storage areas and adequate maintenance supplies.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments to ensure Hilton brand standards are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
