Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $33.00/hr

What We Look For

We are in search of a handy Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for helping to provide an attractive, clean, safe, and well-maintained property. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Inspect all operating systems and components of the hotel to ensure proper, efficient, and safe operation, as directed by the Chief Engineer.
  2. Respond promptly to guest reports of problems or concerns, and inform the front desk when action is complete for courtesy call-backs.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, or recommend repairs for mechanical/electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing systems, building components, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  4. Maintain grounds, landscaping, and parking areas daily in a clean, neat, safe, and attractive manner.
  5. Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, emergency carpet cleaning, and other jobs as necessary.
  6. Keep storage areas, shops, and mechanical areas clean, safe, and secure, reporting any corrective actions needed to the Chief Engineer.
  7. Report to work on time, in complete uniform, including a name tag, as prescribed.
  8. Follow all safety rules outlined by the hotel and remain alert to safety issues, reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
Model Qualifications
  • 2+ years of maintenance technician experience.
  • Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
