Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using multimeters and reading technical drawings.
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a plus.
• Basic machining experience is helpful.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift and aerial lift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Repair electrical systems, including 460V and low-voltage PLC-controlled equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, mechanical systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Replace bearings, sensors, switches, encoders, solenoids, and other components.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, and production support.
• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs.
• Perform emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Recommend improvements to equipment reliability and production processes.
• Follow all OSHA, food safety, and company safety procedures.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and twist throughout the shift
