Responsibilities

• Performs Villa Care Preventive Maintenance tasks (painting, basic repairs, lightbulbs).
• Performs minor building repairs as assigned and responds to guest repair requests.
• Performs engineering-related inventory duties and participates in safety training.
• Welcomes guests and maintains professional interactions to meet service standards.
