Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Availability for nights and weekends as part of on-call responsibilities.

About the Community : ( Paramount is a mixed-use high-rise located in downtown Orlando directly across from Lake Eola. Paramount includes 313 residential units over 45000 square feet of active retail office space and 2 supporting garages.

About the Role : Northland is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance service requests and work orders including but not limited to HVAC electrical pool maintenance plumbing carpentry painting and housekeeping items. This role will also complete apartments turnovers for scheduled move-ins in a timely manner while working safely and efficiently.

Northlands maintenance team always maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service when working with our residents vendors and guests. As part of our promise to deliver a top-tier experience to our residents maintenance team members are required to handle after-hours emergency calls and be on-call as needed including nights and weekends.

Qualifications and Requirements : The individual must possess the following knowledge skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation using some other combination of skills and abilities.

• Previous experience in general maintenance plumbing carpentry electrical HVAC and painting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff residents and vendors.
• Must be able to work nights and weekend shift as part of the on-call responsibility.
