Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our high‑tech production lines running safely in Hayesville, NC.

You will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and drive equipment upgrades in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience maintaining CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Welding (MIG/Resistance) and metal fabrication.
• Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to keep machines in top condition.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems on the fly.
• Upgrade equipment and identify process improvements.
• Record detailed logs to support high-quality certifications.
