Summary
The General Maintenance Technician maintains the club’s facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and basic repairs under supervision.
- Complete routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders promptly.
- Handle basic maintenance duties, such as replacing light bulbs.
- Assist with de-winterizing and winterizing various club facilities.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Hands-on repair capabilities and comfort with hand tools.
- Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or with a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Conversational English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, along with bending, climbing, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods and work outdoors and indoors.
Work Hours
- Full-time, year-round position.
- Shift options: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
- Flexible schedule with possible overtime.
