Salary: $30-35/hr. & Up DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7-3:30pm

On-Call responsibilities

The hourly range for this position is $30-$35. Please note that this is a general guideline; Airgas considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s experience, education, skills, and market considerations when extending an offer.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational duties demonstrating key skill sets.
• Engage in self-initiated growth and career development.
• Promote safety by modeling good practices.
• Participate in routine maintenance without disrupting customer deliveries.
• Maintain open communication with team members regarding best practices, safety, and operational issues.
• Assist with daily facility needs in collaboration with management.
• Generate and complete work orders accurately in CMMS.
• Conduct acceptance PSSR reviews and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain technical documentation including SOPs, P&IDs, PFDs.
• Participate in safety meetings and inspections.
• Assist with unloading cryogenic transports as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of industrial operations experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship required.
• Ability to work shifts with on-call rotation.
• Understanding of plant safety, environmental regulations, and basic electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE.
