The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a diverse skill set to ensure the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
