Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician at Lloyd Management

We are experiencing rapid growth and are adding two new properties in Northfield. We are seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! This full-time, hands-on role involves maintaining the physical assets of our multi-family housing properties.

Day-to-day Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Building systems maintenance
• Unit repairs and reconditioning
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Minor plumbing and electrical work
• Grounds care and snow removal

Requirements:

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management
• Valid US driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Availability for after-hours emergencies as needed
