Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our driveline and metal forming operations. You will perform preventative and daily maintenance on equipment and facilities, and assist in designing and fabricating new or redesigned machinery.

You will maintain critical spare parts inventory, operate plant equipment, and promote adherence to Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Lean programs. Training and certifications like NFPA 70E and OSHA are required.

Qualifications

• Electrical safety knowledge and related OSHA/NFPA training.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and welding tasks in industrial settings.
• Forklift and aerial lift operation competencies.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Carry out daily maintenance repairs to plant machinery.
• Aid in design and fabrication of new or redesigned equipment.
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Operate plant equipment and adhere to policy requirements.
