Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Hayloft Property Management Company is looking to hire qualified Maintenance Technicians to work on Class A properties in Dakota Dunes, SD. The primary responsibilities include:

1. Performing general/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and facility equipment.
2. Grounds maintenance in compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Additional duties include:

• Painting apartments
• Completing daily work orders
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Maintaining swimming pools and spas (training provided)

Helpful knowledge areas: plumbing, drywall, electrical, carpentry, curb appeal maintenance.

Note: Maintenance technicians are 'on call' for a week at a time on a rotating schedule, with a standard work schedule of 8-5, Monday through Friday.
