Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a contracted-to-hire role in North Port, FL. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and pumps, to keep production running smoothly.

You will apply hydraulics and pneumatics expertise, read blueprints, and perform preventative maintenance on extrusion, molding, and fabrication equipment. PLC troubleshooting is encouraged but not required.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks.
• Experience with blueprint reading and 3-phase electrical systems.

• Perform PLC troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime, programming not required.

• Read and interpret blueprints to guide maintenance activities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Port, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
