Job Description
Join a fast-growing manufacturing company as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you will play a key role in keeping production and packaging equipment operating safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on a variety of industrial machinery.
Maintain, repair, and optimize conveyor systems throughout the facility to support efficient material flow.
Troubleshoot and support robotics and automated equipment used in the manufacturing and packaging processes.
Work on banders, packaging machinery, and shrink film equipment to ensure proper function and product quality.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480 volts in accordance with safety standards and best practices.
Perform basic PLC troubleshooting, identify system faults, and communicate findings to support more advanced controls work.
Work overtime as needed to support production demands and respond to urgent maintenance issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with experienced maintenance leads and production staff.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure.
Effective communication skills to document issues and share information with team members.

The role is based in a clean, well-maintained manufacturing facility that emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous learning. Positions are available on 2nd and 3rd shift. New hires receive initial training on 1st shift for approximately 1 to 3 weeks, working one-on-one with an experienced lead to ensure a smooth transition into the role. The environment includes production and packaging equipment, conveyor systems, robotics, automated machinery, and electrical systems up to 480 volts.
This is a Permanent position based out of Frankfort, IN.
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $41.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
