Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Lion’s Creek Apartments. You’ll perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems to keep the property in top condition and ready for residents.

Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, EPA certification, and prior apartment maintenance work. You’ll manage on-call service requests, prevent issues, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience; EPA certification required.

• Reliable transportation & basic tools.
