Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Electrician for the 3rd shift in our production facility. The role focuses on calibration and updating electrical schematics, troubleshooting during downtime, and performing preventive maintenance across production equipment.

Responsibilities include repairs in a multi-shift environment, Lean and 5S integration, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate has experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics; vocational certificate preferred.
• Basic computer skills and operating systems knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a multi-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Perform scheduled maintenance in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S in production areas.
• Maintain and repair facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

MCC is looking for a Maintenance Tech/Electrician. The main duties of the Technician are to ensure that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshooting during unscheduled equipment downtime, repairs and complete preventive maintenance service.

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment
• Performs duties including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumaticand hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines
• Supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S
• Responsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facility
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• One or more years of demonstrated experience in the electrical, mechanical, hydraulicand pneumatic applications
• The ability to read electrical schematics and vocational maintenance training certificate preferred
• Requires basic knowledge of computers and operating systems
• Must have ability to multi-task and to identifyand execute process improvements as needed
• Requires strong problem-solvingskills to assess product output relative to specifications
• Requires physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms, push, pull and use hands and fingers to feel and handle material for extended time frames
• Must have ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly.
• Includes the ability to stoop, squat, crawl and kneel as needed
• This position requires frequent walking.
