Principal Accountabilities:

• Compliance with all safety, food safety, HR programs, policies, and regulations
• Ability to work around and with raw meat
• Work in cold temperatures (between 33-36°F)
• Stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
• Rotate through various positions/tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in industrial food and beverage industry
• Experience in industrial utility maintenance
• Knowledge of compressed air systems, ammonia refrigeration, Ludell hot water systems
• CARO/CIRO qualification
• Industrial/Class III Wastewater licenses
• Previous Cargill experience
• Recent work history within past 12 months
