Job summary

IWS Group in Newark, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and upkeep across the school's facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility

• Work alongside maintenance staff and outside contractors as needed

Location: Newark, NJ Position: Maintenance Technician Status: Full-time / On-site

8am - 4:30pm

$22.00/hr.

Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and upkeep throughout the school's facilities.

• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and sheetrock repairs
• Complete routine preventative maintenance
• Install and repair equipment and appliances
• Report completed and outstanding work to the Facilities Manager
• Work alongside maintenance staff and outside contractors as needed
