Léman Manhattan is seeking a versatile Facilities Maintenance Assistant to support daily building operations, supervise cleaning contractors, and help manage space reconfigurations across campus. The role involves repairing and installing various systems to keep facilities safe and functional.

This position will assists in the repair and/or installation of various items, systems and/or components as may be required (e.g. broken windows, roofs, building structures, floors, hand rails, stairs, lighting systems, HVAC units, electrical units/service (120/240/480 10 and 30), plumbing/sewer systems, metal fabrication, electrical ballast, electrical switches replacement etc.) for the purpose of ensuring that items are available and in safe working condition.
