Welcome Home Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Landhaus at Grueneproperty in New Braunfels, TX. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems while performing general maintenance.

The role requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include routine maintenance, work order completion, safety compliance, and collaboration with property teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• EPA, HVAC, and CPO certifications required.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different property environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using maintenance software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and special projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspections.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure the smooth operation of the properties.
