Job summary

Welcome Home Management (WHM) seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for the Landhaus at Gruene in New Braunfels, TX. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems, performing routine maintenance and keeping detailed records of work orders and inspections.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of property maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications, and the ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems knowledge required.
• EPA, HVAC, and CPO certifications required.
• Minimum of 3 years in property maintenance or related field.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different property environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and special projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspections.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth operation of the properties.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician at our Landhaus at Gruene property located in New Braunfels, TX. Your role will involve troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems, as well as performing general maintenance duties. This position requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
