Welcome Home Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our brand new The Merc community in Arlington, TX. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure timely work orders while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of property maintenance, EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate with property teams, and provide excellent resident service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• EPA, HVAC, and CPO certifications required.
• Proficiency in using maintenance software and Microsoft Office.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain inventory and order replacements as needed.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and special projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspections.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist with scheduling of make readies and vendors.
• This position will require being available to take on-call for after hour emergencies.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor at our brand newproperty -The Merc,located in Arlington, TX. Your role will involve troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems, as well as performing general maintenance duties. This position requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
